Ours is a seasonal cuisine with typical Monferrato dishes, which include vegetarian and vegan recipes with vegetables and aromas from our garden and dishes of the farm culture, especially Piedmontese, which we sometimes mend with other cuisines.

Buy local excellences
“Mercato in Cascina” was developed with the creation of a commercial space inside Ca ‘Mariuccia, open to guests of our farm house and B&B.
We sell farm products and other local excellences selected by us: bread and biscuits, fruit and vegetables, milk and cheese, eggs and meat, fresh pasta, wine and beers.
You can also find our products on our e-commerce or at our counter in Porta Palazzo in Turin, the largest outdoor market in Europe. Come visit!
Sleeping in the farm house
Have you ever slept between thatched walls?
On the first floor of the farm house there are the 3 bedrooms of our bed&breakfast, all with a private bathroom and a balcony with panoramic views of the hills: the walls are made of straw, an excellent insulator, transpiring and sound-absorbing. The coloring of the internal plasters is made of lime putty and hemp oil and the lighting of the bathrooms and corridors is ensured by the solar tube system.
Constructed water purification system and solar panels complete our eco-friendly zero-impact house project.
Our farmer’s pizza
The menu includes, in addition to traditional pizzas, about 20 seasonal pizzas and farinata. They are pizzas made with sourdough and stone-ground and unrefined organic flours, with either certified ingredients or from a controlled local supply chain and self-produced vegetables. Come visit!
Past, present and future
We have studied and learned in the field, the principles of permaculture and natural agriculture. We tested the knowledge acquired by shaping our projects for a greater awareness of the well-being of the Earth.
