Ca’ Mariuccia’s farm pizzeria opens Wednesday to Sunday evenings from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The menu offers 20 seasonal pizzas and farinata (a type of flatbread of chickpea flour often served as an appetiser). We make traditional pizza using ingredients certified organic, or locally produced with known provenance, or grown on our farm. That’s why our toppings are seasonal: you will find the “Piea” with pumpkins in winter, the “Santena” with asparagus in spring, the “Articioch” with arthichokes in April and the “Bole” with cep mushrooms in October.
We make our pizzas with sourdough and stoneground flour of certified provenance from the Bongiovanni di Cambiano mill. The ingredients we use and the products we offer in the pizzeria, such as the artisanal beers and the Fairtrade Foundation drinks, can be purchased to take away.
