It is a typical Piedmontese farmhouse that has always been used for hazelnut<\/strong>cultivation and wine production<\/strong>. The renovation work followed the practices and principles of green building<\/strong> and participatory construction, with the use of natural materials or the reuse of salvaged materials.<\/p>\n

THE PROJECT AND THE VISION<\/h3>\n\t\t

We have studied and learned the principles of permaculture<\/strong> and agroecology<\/strong> in the field, putting our acquired knowledge to the test and shaping the Ca’ Mariuccia project. THE TERRITORY<\/h3>\n\t\t

Our farmstead is located in Albugnano<\/strong>, a village known as ‘the Balcony of Monferrato’<\/strong> overlooking the UNESCO-protected wine-growing territories nestled in the hills at 549 metres above sea level.
