Buying on Camariuccia is easy.
Go to the Products page and click on the icon corresponding to the desired section.
Click on the product you like to visualise the information and availability;
Select the package you wish to purchase and click “add to trolley”.
Click on the trolley icon to view the products you selected: if you wish, you can delete some products on this page, or you can return to the product pages to add to your order.
When you have completed your order, return to the trolley page and click on “purchase”.
If this is your first purchase on Ladelina, you will be asked to provide your shipping details, otherwise you only need to enter your user name and password.
Please check that all your details are correct.
Now you can proceed with payment: you will receive a mail with a summary of your order.


Delivery time is up to XX days from the date of purchase.


We accept payment with Visa and Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfer.

Why was my credit card declined?
The credit card may be declined for the following reasons:
– The card may have expired. Check the card’s expiration date.
– You may have reached the card’s credit limit. Check with your bank that you haven’t exceeded the credit limit on purchases.
– You may have entered incorrect information. Check that all the information entered in the required fields is correct.

May I have a receipt made to my company name?
Yes, you just need to select the ‘Company’ option and enter the requested information.

Is it safe to use the credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is encrypted with SSL protocol. For Visa and Mastercard payments only SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted. Once the system has verified that the credit card is accepted by the SEC system, it contacts the issuing bank to enable the purchase. Once the bank authenticates the card, the amount is debited, otherwise the order is cancelled.


Where is my order shipped to?
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide when you register.
We advise adding an alternative address in case the courier is unable to complete the delivery at the first address.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within xx days from the online purchase.

How long will the delivery take?
The order will take 3 to 4 working days from the date of the email confirming the shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary according to the size of the package and the country of destination. The cost will be indicated in your trolley once you have completed your registration.

How can I trace my order?
You can trace the order with the Tracking number provided by the courier.
We will send you the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
You will also receive a text message from the courier, which will enable you to change the delivery date should you wish to do so.
The courier delivers Mondays to Fridays and cannot give a specific delivery time. They will attempt delivery of the order on the date provided and, should they find no-one to receive it, will leave a card with a contact number.
Any package still undelivered 7 days from the first unsuccessful attempt will be returned to us at the customer’s expenses.


If you follow the correct procedure for returns, we will accept the return and credit your card within 14 from receipt of the merchandise. The time required to view the reimbursement on your account will depend on the issuing bank.
